此系列弹簧为内径基准型,以内径公差为优先进行制作,适合对于轴安装的场合,外径不保证,选购时请注意!
产品概述
♢压缩弹簧也叫压簧,是承受向压力的螺旋弹簧,它所用的材料截面多为圆形,也有用矩形和多股钢萦卷制的。
♢压缩弹簧的线圈与线圈之间有一定的间隙,一般为等节距,当受到外载荷时弹簧收缩变形,储存形变能。
♢形状有圆柱形、圆锥形、中凸形和中凹形以及少量的非圆形等。
此系列为内径基准型弹簧,以内径公差为优先进行制作,内径为正公差适合配轴使用的场合,外径仅做参考非保证值,选购时请注意。

米思米圆线螺旋弹簧有别于市面普通弹簧,更加精准精细化,分为内径基准型和外径基准型,外径基准型以外径公差为优先进行制作,在内径基准型以内径公差为优先进行制作。

根据安装实际情况选择合适的弹簧种类,具体内外径公差参考资料刊载内容。
圆线螺旋弹簧的使用次数大致标准:100万次左右
*上述次数仅供参考。使用次数因使用温度或者环境、变形量而发生变化。要增加使用次数,建议在容许位移量Fmax.的70%以下使用。

压紧长度为参考值。如果在压紧长度的极限条件下使用.则可能会导致弹簧变形或较少使用次数便已损坏。因此,请在 容许位移里Fmax.(mm)以下的范围内使用。

以孔基准对工件进行定位的机构。
通过锥形销消除各工件孔公差产生的偏差,可减少定位时的松动。

关于压缩线圈弹簧的寿命次数,虽然很遗憾但是没有具体的数值计算出来
因为寿命在一定程度上有偏差,具体细小的数值一般认为是不被要求的。
使用次数因使用温度或者环境、变形量而发生变化。要增加使用次数,建议在容许位移量Fmax.的70%以下使用。

琴钢线和硬钢线弹簧的区别是什么?
这两个材料外观差异不大,简而言之,钢琴线是高级材料,硬钢线是一般材料。
琴钢线线常被用作精密机械的弹簧,硬钢线多被用作杂货或百叶窗等周边弹簧。
同样都是高碳钢,化学成分也几乎一样,琴钢线追加了对不纯物,表面伤痕的深度,脱炭层的深度的标准化管理和检查,所以生产耗时,价格高。
虽然肉眼看不见的微妙差异,但这对弹簧的质量产生了很大的影响。
什么是初始张力?
可以理解为一般的拉伸弹簧受拉时,在将要发生弹性变形而又没有变形(临界状态)时测量的拉力,就叫初始张力。它是在拉伸弹簧制造过程中,适当控制工艺参数来实现的。
米思米的拉伸弹簧规格(自由指定型除外)已实现标准化,即相同直径的最大负载为一定值。由于拉伸弹簧以最大负载为基准制作的,因此初始张力,弹簧系数为参考值。
