SWF矩形螺旋弹簧产品概述
矩形螺旋弹簧是接受轴向压力的螺旋弹簧,通过压缩形变储能,从而提供缓冲回弹力。
米思米现有销售米思米自有品牌的SW*系列弹簧(品质优秀),X-SW*系列弹簧(更具性价比),
以及东京发条品牌的T*系列弹簧,可供客户选择。
产品特点
1. 广泛应用于模具制造加工行业,同时在其他行业也有所使用。

压缩率及建议使用次数建议:
高压缩量 50%,建议使用次数30万次;
中压缩量 45%,建议使用次数50万次;
低压缩量 40%,建议使用次数100万次;
使用方法
1.弹簧使用时需要配套使用导向,在没有弹簧导向的条件下使用时,弹簧会发生纵弯曲和横弯曲等,弯曲的内侧会产生局部的高应力,
   使用导销,外径导承等弹簧导承。*一般来说,通过内径侧导承将导销自上而下贯通后使用最为理想。
2.有关弹簧的内径与导销
   建议导销杆径设定为比弹簧内径小1.0mm左右。如果与导销之间的间隙较小,导销就会使弹簧内径产生磨损,并以磨损部为起点,
   导致最终折损。另外,如果弹簧内径与导销之间的间隙过大,则会导致纵弯曲。(正确方式如图-1)
3.有关弹簧的外径与沉头孔
   建议沉头孔径设定比弹簧外径大1.5mm左右。如果与沉头孔之间的间隙较小时,会因弹簧压缩后外径侧膨胀,而导致弹簧外径与
   沉头孔摩擦造成截面变形,应力集中而导致最终折损。(正确方式如图-1)
4.务必保证在最大压缩量范围内使用弹簧,不能超行程使用。(如图-2)
5.弹簧使用预压后方可使用。
6.弹簧使用环境注意清洁,避免异物,废料的混入,夹杂。(如图-3)
7.注意确认弹簧安装面的平行度,安装面平行度较差,会导致弹簧的横弯曲,弯曲的内侧应力局部高应力,导致最终折损。(如图-4)
8.弹簧串联,内外相套,横向使用,均会导致弹簧耐久性降低以及折损。(如图-567)

如何进行弹簧选型?
根据所需弹簧的承载力,使用压缩量,以及安装孔位的空间限制,综合进行选择。
(负载=弹簧常数*压缩量,弹簧常数,弹簧内外径,自由长度,以及最大压缩量详见米思米目录)
米思米矩形螺旋弹簧是否耐高温?
米思米矩形螺旋弹簧正常使用环境温度应为80℃以下。在超过环境温度的条件下使用时,弹簧性能将会大幅度地下降,或过早折损。
希望去掉弹簧的外观喷漆,米思米是否可以对应?
正常米思米弹簧标准品默认喷漆,如果您不需要弹簧外观喷漆的,可以在正常型号前追加NT追加工型号,如NT-SWF10-20。
